Acquisition – Medium
Started at project initiation. Was a member of the insider team at the due diligence stage, responsible for the assessment of viability of the acquisition from an IT perspective and then responsible for the implementation and integration of the target company, including but not limited to: –
• Member of insider group for due diligence.
• Responsible for the creation of the IT due diligence recommendation (including potential problem areas) and the creation of the IT integration budget and plan.
• Responsible for the movement of all target company infrastructure, applications, and systems from target company data centres to home organisation data centres.
• Responsible for the conversion of all retained target company locations to home organisation format (switches, routers, firewalls, telephony, WAN, etc.)
• Responsible for the conversion of all end user devices within the target company to the home organisation format.
• Responsible for the conversion of all collaboration tools (e-mail, telephony, conferencing) from target company format to home organisation format.
• Responsible for the identification and integration of all IT personnel from target company to home organisation.
• Responsible for the integration of the target company cost base into the home organisation budget while also producing synergy savings.
